About us
The Founders
Naturheim is built on a holistic understanding of life - where body, mind, spirit, and nature are interconnected. We believe in the innate wisdom of children, the body’s natural ability to heal, and that true, long-term wellbeing is cultivated in alignment with the laws of nature.
This is the foundation we walk on - not as a rigid rulebook, but as a living compass for how we create, live, and relate within the village.
Sanna, Alfrida & Vrinda
They are three mothers who came together with one shared vision:
To build what they felt was missing... a place where children grow in freedom and safety, in deep connection with nature, guided by present and responsible adults.
Together, they bring backgrounds in leadership, education, health, therapy, communication and community building but more importantly, a shared commitment to live what they believe.
Sanna holds the vision and leads structure and direction.
Alfrida and Vrinda care for the human environment - the relationships, communication and emotional health of the village.

We live free from substances
We choose clarity over escape. A drug-free lifestyle supports presence, balance and safety - especially for the children in our care.
We trust the body’s natural intelligence
We believe the body has an innate ability to heal when it is given rest, nourishment, and care. Natural remedies and connection to nature can often support this process, sometimes as a complement to modern medicine, sometimes as an alternative depending on the situation and the individual.
We advocate for natural solutions
We prefer food, herbs, movement, sunlight, breath and emotional awareness as first steps in healing. We also honor individual choices and never judge those who need conventional care.
We take responsibility
We take ownership of our health, our choices, and our role as parents and adults. We strive for self-leadership and honesty - in our relationships, our words, and our actions.
We respect each being and every process
We see each person and their journey as unique. We respect boundaries, rhythms, emotions, and silence - and hold space for growth that happens at its own pace.
We honor the wisdom of children
We meet children with presence, patience and respect - not as empty vessels to be filled, but as full human beings with their own inner knowing. We speak with love. We listen deeply. We believe that by growing as adults, we create safer and more conscious spaces for our children to thrive. Raising children is not about shaping them - it's about walking beside them, while shaping ourselves.
